Celebrating Sustainable Fashion at #VogueLovesHongKong

As an environmental NGO dedicated to accelerating circular fashion, we have always dared to dream big. We believe in the transformative power of fashion, and this conviction came to life at the recent Vogue Hong Kong #VogueLovesHongKong celebration in our beloved home city. Over a thousand fashion glitterati gathered at the dazzling affair, and we invited everyone in attendance to celebrate a shared vision for a sustainable future. A special thank you to our esteemed partners, Mercedes-Benz Hong Kong and Vogue Hong Kong, who made this event possible for us.

Fashion is one of the world's largest industries, and each of us plays a crucial role in prioritising sustainability within it. From industry leaders to passionate activists, we all have a part to play. This is why we invited guests to join us in signing the pledge ‘Fashion is not disposable to me’—a small yet significant step towards inspiring positive change.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our celebrity friends, including BJ Pascual, Isabelle Daza-Semblat, Jessie Li, Bryan Boy, Susie Lau, Evelyn Choi, Janet Ma, Amanda Strang, Kayla Wong, Jourdan Dunn, and many more for lending their glamour and support to this cause.

Our passion for collaborating with fashion designers—who are the true innovators in sustainable and circular fashion—continues to drive us. Our booth featured winning looks from the Redress Design Award 2024, including First Prize and Hong Kong Best winner Tiger Chung, Runner-up Ruyin Tian from Mainland China, and People’s Choice winner Silvia Acien Parrilla from the United Kingdom. The journey toward circular fashion is not always straightforward, but it is a joyous one, filled with laughter and camaraderie. Shout-outs to alumni Angus Tsui, Jasmine Leung, Jesse Lee, Tiger Chung Tsz Ho and Tiger Chung Ka Ching, who celebrated alongside us!

Thank you once again to Vogue Hong Kong and Mercedes-Benz Hong Kong for supporting Redress at this impactful and star-studded event under Hong Kong Fashion Fest. Together, we can pave the way for a more sustainable fashion industry.
